Daniel Reynolds attended Kansas Wesleyan University on a football scholarship where he studied Sports Management. After school, he moved back to his home state of California to pursue a career in the mortgage industry. Daniel knew at an early age he wanted to pursue a career helping people achieve homeownership.

His late mother, Cindy, was a Real Estate agent for 25 years, and showed him the rewards of helping others achieve their goals. Knowing the mortgage industry was a natural fit, Daniel started working at a local mortgage company as an assistant for two of the top performing mortgage professionals. In this role, he was able to learn the mortgage process from application to close. Daniel was quickly promoted from an assistant to a Mortgage Broker. He continues to work today as a trusted and reliable Mortgage Broker.

 

Daniel brings a passion, love and care for his clients, just as his mother did, to each and every mortgage experience. He knows and understands that each of his clients are different, and works hard to help identify their immediate and long term financial goals. Daniel relies on this knowledge and his strong attention to detail to help find the best loan product to meet their goals. His top priority is to a seamless loan process driven by teamwork, compassion and drive to help his clients succeed in homeownership. When working with Daniel his clients experience dedication and a real partner every step of their mortgage experience.

Daniel currently resides in Fair Oaks, California with his wife, Ashton, and his two German Shepard's. He is very passional about sports and teamwork, and enjoys playing basketball and golf. Daniel is very active in his community as well with charities. He is a supporter of the Susan G Koman foundation, and fundraises in honor of his late mother who lost her life to cancer.

I cannot give Daniel enough stars, or enough thanks. I was on the verge of losing my home, that my father left me, due to the banks policy for adopting the loan. I had to contact a lawyer to deal with the bank, because they wouldn’t even give me information, even though it was recorded in my name and I had provided the trust and death certificate. Upon doing so, I also reached out to a real estate friend, who referred me to Dan. I explained my situation to Dan, and Dan assured me, “I will help you save your dad’s house”. He was flawless. He dealt with all the headache and paperwork, kept me updated, made sure things got handled, and was an absolute lifesaver. Needless to say, everything went smoothly. I got to keep my childhood home. Thanks to Dan. I didn’t have great credit, so Dan told me that he would contact me again, in a year, to refinance and get a better rate. HE FOLLOWED HIS WORD! 10 months later, he reached out to get the ball rolling. Here we are just over a year later, I now have a rate that’s twice as good as my last, better terms, and I just feel relieved. This is the second time i've used Daniel for my real estate needs. I listed my Southern California home and yesterday it closed escrow. I couldn't believe how easy he made this process for me since I live in Northern California. He flew down to show clients the home.
